How to Form Healthy Habits when your Human Nature is Fighting It
Today's discussion is all about HABITS.
The good, the bad, and the downright ugly.
I have given up on so many good habits. I start strong, get really motivated, and then suddenly I look up and find that it has been weeks since I practiced that habit!
DANGIT! I guess I failed again, and now I am really busy with other things.
I don't know when I will have the time and energy to try again, and if I'm being honest, I don't have a lot of hope that it will work next time, so why even try?
This is why I'm hosting two habit experts today at our 'Weekly Fellowship.
'I'm going to ask them, "How do we get out of this cycle?!"
