How to Stop Sabotaging your Goals
Are you trying to set good habits this year?
Have you found yourself sabotaging your habits in the past?
A client recently asked me to help her stick with her new habits. She had a short list of fitness habits that she wanted to implement: lift weights 3x/week, walk on the off days, drink 2L of water daily, and eat a protein-packed breakfast. These are all great goals! But if I’m supposed to help her stick with these, we need to take a step back and remember what her DREAM (or VISION) is for her year! She told me her dream is to have a LEVEL 10 marriage! Do you see an issue here? Her habits and goals had nothing to do with her DREAM! Should she try to stay disciplined with the goals she chose or should she choose NEW goals that are aligned with her dream? That’s what we’re breaking down today in our show.
